SEREMBAN: The Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) arrested two men yesterday to help in its investigations into a land scam involving Great Alonioners Trading Corp (Gatco). A MACC source said the two men were brothers aged 50 and 54 years old respectively. The siblings were arrested at between 11.45am and 12.15pm yesterday by MACC officers at two separate locations in the Klang Valley. "The first man is the chief executive officer of a company while the second sibling is the chief executive officer of a second company linked to the scam and he is also an adviser to the first company," the source told New Straits Times yesterday. Last weekend, MACC arrested a 69-year old liquidator when he went to give his statement at the commission's office in Putrajaya.
