MACC arrests three suspects over RM20,000 bribe - Nation


KUALA LUMPUR: The Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) has picked up three men for suspected corruption involving RM20,000. The first two suspects were detained at a restaurant in Taman Maluri at 1.45pm on Thursday. In a follow up, the third suspect was nabbed at the MACC headquarters here. It is learnt all the three suspects are being probed for soliciting a bribe from a company director over an investigation into an Immigration matter. When contacted, state MACC director Datuk Han Chee Rull confirmed the arrests of the three.
