Forbes magazine has teamed up with market research firm Statista to draw up a ranking of the world’s best companies for women in 2023. Marks & Spencer was the first fashion industry company to be listed in the ranking. The first luxury company to emerge in the ranking is the French brand, which is owned by the Wertheimer brothers. Hermès, another luxury brand from France, comes in at number 81. The two organisations polled almost 70,000 women who worked for multinational corporations in 37 countries to create this list.
