Sandra Goldstein, a New York litigator at the center of major M&A deals, is taking her practice from longtime home Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP to Kirkland & Ellis LLP, according to a person familiar with the matter. The move is the latest example of partners leaving Wall Street law firms that operate on a lockstep pay system to firms willing to lure stars with top dollars.
