Lydia Ko tees off on the 18th hole during the second round of the US Open in San Francisco. New Zealand golfer Lydia Ko is in danger of missing the cut at the US Women's Open in San Francisco after a disastrous second round saw her tumble out of overall contention on Saturday (NZT). Ko went into the second round at even par but plummeted down the leaderboard to sit in a tie for 53rd after shooting three bogeys and two double bogeys, as well as two birdies, to card a four-over 75. She is now eight shots behind co-leaders Megha Ganne, Megan Khang and Mel Reid at four over for the tournament.
