MANILA, Philippines — The entire Luzon Grid has been placed under yellow alert by the National Grid Corporation of the Philippines (NGCP) on Thursday, according to a statement from the Manila Electric Corporation (Meralco). In its Twitter post, Meralco said the yellow alert will be from 10:01 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., and from 1:01 p.m. up to 4:00 p.m. A yellow alert means the reserve power is low.
