MANILA, Philippines — Metro Manila as well as other parts of Luzon and Visayas will be experiencing partly cloudy skies on Saturday due to the prevailing effects of northeast monsoon, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said. In its 4 a.m. report, Bicol Region, Eastern Visayas and the provinces of Aurora and Quezon will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains due to the said weather condition. ADVERTISEMENTThe weather in Metro Manila will be generally suitable for outdoor activity due to the effects of northeast monsoon. Meanwhile, residents in Mindanao will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers because of localized thunderstorms. The state weather bureau also continue to monitor Typhoon Wutip located at 2,040 kilometers east of Mindanao outside the Philippine Area of Responsibility.
