The Hong Kong Tourism Board's preview of the planned four-day Lunar New Year carnival was canceled today, raising the likelihood of the event being pulled as a result of the Wuhan coronavirus that has now reached the city. The four-day International Chinese New Year Carnival was to open on January 25 at the Art Park in the West Kowloon Cultural District.
