It was a glitzy event that celebrated the best talents in the moviemaking industry. While most of the winners were no show, the awarding ceremony held at the Kia Theatrer last Sunday was never short of star power. In fact, it was MayWard and Kisses who made The Eddys a trending topic on Twitter on the night it was being taped. Some of the celebrities that took everyone’s attention were Kapuso star Rhian Ramos, former FHM cover girl Phoebe Walker, and millennial moms Sarah Lahbati, Cristine Reyes and Jodi Sta. Elmo Magalona and Janella SalvadorBig winners at the inaugural The Eddys were Vilma Santos, Paolo Ballesteros, John Lloyd Cruz, Angel Locsin, and Lav Diaz and his film Ang Babaeng Humayo.
