The bombshell, 38, will front The Surjury which will document people getting their dream plastic surgery. Caroline has honed her presenting style on the sun-drenched set of Love Island. And now she is broadening her horizons as she will be the face of the new plastic surgery show. In the Channel 4 advert, it promises to make participates "surgical dreams come true" as it offers people life changing cosmetic surgery for free. Caroline has a busy schedule ahead of her as she has also signed up to host the new Love Island winter series as well as the usual summer show each year.
