Sometimes its hard to tell the difference between loungewear and daywear. I'm wearing fluffy La Tribe slides, which are suede summer slides, with duck down fluff on the toes. They're designed for daywear, but people often assume I'm out in my slippers. Lovely loungewear, from left, Missoni Home Seth bath robe ($579, from Tessuti or Amara.com), .General sleep pj bottoms (part of set), Chaos & Harmony Suki Slipper in olive ($199), Possum Scuffs ($179, from Cranfields), General sleep Classic set ($285) and General Sleep unisex robe ($350). Even in the grand Alexander Library, with its glass fronted wooden cabinetry and gold lettering, I'd gladly be wearing most of the loungewear on these pages, styled as daywear.
