On Sunday the presenter posted a two-photo Instagram album announcing the birth of her and her husband Mackenzie Hunkin's daughter Honor on Thursday. In one of the snapshots, 36-year-old Louise sat up in the hospital bed cradling her baby and beaming for the camera as her husband gazed the baby.
