The 21-year-old has said her time on The X Factor triggered severe anxiety and after winning the show in 2015 she "blacked out" from December to April 2016. Louisa, who was 17, at the time, said that she felt like she was "living on adrenaline" following her win. After Louisa won the show, her best-selling single was the winner's single Forever Young, which was released on Christmas Eve in 2015. "I'm excited to be releasing a single with @ministryofsound next month which is still part of the Sony family."
