Luxury fashion brand Louis Vuitton’s Irish business has proposed paying a bumper €8.4m dividend to its parent company after it increased sales and profit last year. The directors of Louis Vuitton Ireland proposed a dividend of €8.4m to be paid in 2023. The results said that Louis Vuitton Ireland had increased its sales in 2022 by 25pc, hitting over €30.2m. The improved sales helped Louis Vuitton Ireland bag an operating profit of over €9.56m last year, up 19pc from 2021 when it was over €8m. Recently, at Paris Fashion Week, Saoirse Ronan and Kerry Condon were at the front row of the Louis Vuitton show.
