The Los Angeles Clippers may have lost a star on the court this season, but they’ll be adding several more on the sidelines. According to ESPN’s sports business reporter Darren Rovell, the Clippers will be creating eight new courtside seats called "Star Courtside." The seats will reportedly cost $175,000 per seat, per season. “Whether a star is in TV, music or movies, if they have a project coming up, it’s a good way to get exposure while still enjoying themselves as fans,” said Gillian Zucker, Los Angeles Clippers president of business operations. “It’s a great place to see, and be seen.”‘Star Courtside’ season ticket owners will have the opportunity to ‘be seen’ by a national audience in the Clippers 22 nationally televised home games.
