(CNN) Actresses Lori Loughlin and Felicity Huffman were among 15 people appearing Wednesday in federal court in Boston as part of the college admissions scam. The defendants are each charged with conspiracy to commit mail fraud and honest services mail fraud in a scheme that prosecutors have called "Operation Varsity Blues." Huffman arrived at federal court just before noon. Loughlin and her husband, fashion designer Mossimo Giannulli, arrived in the early afternoon ahead of the 2:30 p.m. hearing.
