US Ambassador to the Philippines Sung Yong Kim who was also expected to attend will skip the ceremonial rites. A parade and band exhibitions by elementary and high school students also filled the town plaza on Saturday morning. The president is expected to arrive at 4 o’clock instead of 3 o’clock in the afternoon as reported earlier.
