The Modernization Program’s Horizon Two worth P300-billion was approved in June 2018 by President Rodrigo Duterte for implementation until 2022. We need to choose people who can deliver results for our modernization,” Galvez said in his first flag-raising ceremony on April 23. “We need the cooperation of everyone–officers, enlisted personnel, and civilian employees–in translating the intent of the AFP into tangible realities,” Galvez added.
