Any investigation is done swiftly, and if it’s proven Joe took & held on to classified docs, that’s what he did. Doesn’t matter what Former Dude did re what should happen to make sure Joe is accountable for any alleged misdeeds. That’s it, that’s all. We’ll save any speculation on possible implications until we have confirmed facts. Let’s just say DOJ is likely to pursue this investigation with all due haste.
