KOTA KINABALU: Parti Warisan Sabah should be looking for credible solutions to the issue of illegal immigrants in the state, instead of accusing the previous Barisan Nasional administration for the problem, says Tan Sri Musa Aman. Project IC refers to what is believed to be a clandestine exercise in which illegal immigrants were issued national identity cards, granting them citizenship to vote in elections. "Sabahans have become increasingly suspicious in respect of documentation being granted to illegal immigrants in the state. "We are against the provision of documents such as MyKad to illegal immigrants who have encroached our borders recently and become fly by night citizens. "This, if left unchecked will pose a security threat and undermine the sovereignty of the nation," he said.
