KUALA LUMPUR (Jan 25): Loob Holding Sdn Bhd said it will unveil the new name for its Chatime outlets after the termination of its franchise comes into effect on March 6. Loo said Loob Holding’s collaboration with petrol stations such as Shell, Caltex and Petron will continue. Loob Holding was terminated as the Chatime master franchisee for Malaysia on Jan 5. On Jan 20, Loob Holding lodged a police report against La Kaffa after it was allegedly asked to cease offering Chatime products immediately. Loob Holdings claimed that it had 45 days from the date of the termination letter to stop offering Chatime products.
