Longtime ESPN “SportsCenter” host Sage Steele announced Tuesday that she is parting ways with “the worldwide leader in sports” following the settlement of a lawsuit, according to a report by CNN.com. Steele announced the news on social media platform X, formerly Twitter, on Tuesday morning. “Having successfully settled my case with ESPN/Disney, I have decided to leave so I can exercise my first amendment rights more freely. I am grateful for so many wonderful experiences over the past 16 years and am excited for my next chapter!” Steele wrote. “ESPN and Sage Steele have mutually agreed to part ways.
