A longtime Beatrice gathering spot is on the market. The Rail, 212 Court St., is listed for sale on www.crexi.com, a commercial real estate website and has a "for sale" sign outside its door. Katie Tietz runs the bar and restaurant with her husband for her mother, Teresa Mason. "My dad was never really happy in any other jobs between selling The Office and buying The Rail," Tietz said. Tietz, noting that The Rail is the oldest restaurant in Beatrice, said the business is still viable.
