Grant Moorhead's near four-year wait for another New Zealand PGA title is over after he won the Bayley's Waitemata Pro-am. With this change, Taranaki Golf has added the event to the Crowded House Taranaki Tour. *One tournament that did not have any difficulties in attracting entries was the 16th Roger Rei Memorial Golf Tournament played last Saturday at Patea Golf Club. The best gross in the women's section went to Te Ngutu's Ann Braithwaite with a one over 74, with Patea's Verna Bourke (86-20-66) recording the best net.
