PETALING JAYA: A lone robber walked away with RM46,000 in cash during a brazen daylight robbery in the city. Dang Wangi OCPD Asst Comm Mohd Sukri Kaman said the bank robbery occurred around 12.15pm on Monday. "The suspect, who was wearing a face mask, approached the counter with a machete, which he kept in his bag. "He then exited the building through the front door, and headed towards Sungei Wang Plaza," said ACP Mohd Sukri. No injuries were reported during the robbery, and efforts to trace the suspect are underway.
