GEORGE TOWN: The "Lone Ranger" two-term Tanjung Bungah assemblyman Teh Yee Cheu will officially leave DAP on Sunday. Teh had been vocal on environmental issues such as hill slope development, sea reclamation, flooding and high-density mega projects. Teh said he would submit his official resignation letter to a division leader on Sunday (April 8). There is talk that Teh will join Parti Sosialis Malaysia (PSM) and be the party's candidate in the Sungai Pinang state seatTeh, however, remained coy about the matter. "A press conference will be held in Sungai Pinang on Monday (April 9) and an announcement will be made," he said.
