People travelling over the Thames faced further chaos as London Bridge remains closed to cars, Vauxhall Bridge is shut until November and Hammersmith Bridge is fenced off indefinitely. Another wrote 'London traffic is an absolute joke', while a woman added 'London traffic', with three angry emojis. One woman wrote: 'London traffic is madness.' Both cities had a three per cent decline in traffic levels compared to last week's TomTom data.
