A mother has been charged with murdering her five-year-old daughter after police were called to a 'bloodbath' in a London home. Sutha Sivanantham, 35, will appear at Wimbledon Magistrates' Court on Friday by video-link following Sayagi Sivanantham's death in Mitcham. Locals spoke of their shock after the pair were flown to hospital following the incident in Monarch Parade. The road outside the property, which is on a parade of shops near Mitcham Library, was closed for several hours after the tragedy. Siobhain McDonagh, the Labour MP for Mitcham and Morden, tweeted: 'Truly tragic events in Mitcham over the last 2 days.
