Locsin says sinking of Philippine boat a case of ‘allision’ not collision 0 SHARES Share it! Share TweetBy Roy MabasaThe sinking of a Filipino fishing boat off Reed Bank or Recto Bank in the evening of June 9 may be a case of an “allision” instead of a collision, according to Foreign Affairs Secretary Teodoro Locsin Jr.“Wrong. It’s presumably an ‘allision’ or bumping of two vessels one of which was stationary. I am waiting for a West PH task force report. In his succeeding tweets, Locsin said he will wait for the West Philippine Sea task force report before he takes any diplomatic action on the sinking incident.
