It is infuriatingly unfair and misguided to target small businesses, while leaving big ones open. Small businesses cannot allow customers inside, and must instead rely on curbside pickup and online sales. Another huge issue is the seemingly arbitrary geographical boundaries that have been set for this phase of the lockdown.
