Carl Clarke, a Village of Osceola Hills resident who served in the U.S. Air Force from 1965-98, participated in a parachute jump in Normandy, France, in honor of the 80th anniversary of D-Day. The jump is part of a three-phase event called “Operation Currahee to Normandy.”
