Rodel Batocabe, it was gathered on Saturday. Batocabe, a three-term congressman representing Ako Bicol Party-list, has challenged incumbent Daraga Mayor Carlwyn Baldo in the 2019 mayoralty race. Co is reportedly the brains behind the political success of the Ako Bicol Party-list which resulted in the poor showing of NPA-backed party-list groups in the Bicol region. “I am completely outraged and distressed by the murder of Rep. Rodel Batocabe of Ako Bicol party-list,” said Lagman.
