Local firms not well prepared for Fourth Industrial RevolutionThe core of the Fourth Industrial Revolution is “smart manufacturing plants”. Christian Berger, ambassador of the Federal Republic of Germany to Viet Nam, said: “The Fourth Industrial Revolution has enormous potential to deliver. “Siemens terms its path to the Fourth Industrial Revolution as the “Digital Enterprise”. “To take advantage of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, Viet Nam needs to create motivation for enterprises, such as creating favourable conditions or legal framework so that they are confident about joining the revolution. The event was co-organised by MoIT, the German Embassy in Viet Nam, Siemens and German Industry and Commerce Viet Nam (GIC/AHK Viet Nam).
