The consumer durables division of Lloyd Electrical, called Lloyd Consumer, is engaged in sourcing, assembling, marketing and distribution of products such as air conditioners, televisions, washing machines and other household appliances. Entering white goods by acquiring Lloyd can open up a new Rs92,300 crore market (electricals market is Rs74,000 crore) for Havells.
