According to Spanish website El Desmarque, agent Jorge Mendes has recommended Brito to the Los Blancos chief. And Perez is ready to battle with rivals Barcelona and Liverpool for his services. Portuguese outlet Record believe that a £38million minimum release fee will be activated if the 18-year-old makes his debut for Benfica’s senior side. It’s claimed that a deal for Brito could be ‘resolved this week’.
