The Reds will face off against Asensio and Real Madrid in the Champions League final in Kiev on Saturday night. Asensio's agent recently revealed Real had rejected two bids for the player - and AS report one of those came from Liverpool. The Reds are said to have made bids for Asensio last summer and in January after selling Philippe Coutinho. The German boss has guided the Reds to back-to-back top-four finishes and also to the Champions League final.
