For the past few years it's been up to Jurgen Klopp at Liverpool to figure out how to follow a similar path having built a squad that was the envy of European football. It all came together between 2019 and 2020 as Liverpool lifted the Champions League title before ending their long wait for their first Premier League title a year later. But Klopp's biggest task after that was to try and freshen things up in an ever-changing football landscape. In that time, ageing superstars Mane, Firmino, Wijnaldum, Milner and Divock Origi among others all left the club in marked change. But the biggest revolution has arguably come this summer with the departure of captain Henderson, making Joe Gomez the longest-serving player currently in Liverpool's first-team squad.
