Liverpool are braced to entertain a bidding war for Marko Grujic after Jurgen Klopp gave the green light to sell the midfielder this summer. Grujic spent the 2020/21 season on loan at Porto and Liverpool now look set to cash in on the Serbian international when the transfer window opens on Wednesday. He has spent time on loan with Red Star, Cardiff City, Hertha Berlin and Porto, with Liverpool not deeming him not ready for Klopp’s squad. Grujic made 31 appearances on loan with Porto last season and the spell has seen his profile - and perhaps value - increase over the past few months. The Liverpool Echo reports that both Porto and Hertha are interested in signing Grujic this summer, offering the Reds hope that the two clubs could go head-to-head with bids.
