Liverpool have confirmed several pre-season fixtures that will take place in and around the team's training camp in Austria. Jurgen Klopp's side began their preparations for the 2021-2022 season with a training session in Salzburg on Monday afternoon. The 34-man squad will travel across Austria, playing fixtures against FC Wacker Innsbruck, VfB Stuttgart, FSV Mainz and Hertha BSC, later this month. Liverpool confirmed several pre-season friendlies to be played during their camp in AustriaLiverpool will face FC Wacker Innsbruck VfB Stuttgart first - playing thirty-minute mini-games behind closed doors on July 20. Liverpool will be hoping their pre-season trip will prepare them adequately for their opening game of the 2021-2022 season against newly-promoted Norwich on August 14.
