The Army Corp of Engineers in Little Rock posted several photos on their Facebook page showing the extent of flooding along the Arkansas River. Some posts from show the flood waters rising, while others warn of displaced wildlife, like snakes and turtles. The forecast: The Arkansas River is expected to crest Wednesday afternoon at around 41 feet, Arkansas emergency management told CNN. "This is looking to be record-breaking all along the Arkansas River, and this is something we have never seen before," spokeswoman Melody Daniel said.
