MANILA, Philippines — Several areas remained flooded on Saturday due to the incessant rains enhanced by typhoon Ompong (international name: Mangkhut). The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority reported that among the flooded areas are some low-lying areas in Metro Manila. The state weather bureau earlier warned the public of possible flooding due to "Ompong." Here is a live list of road conditions on Saturday:
