The two arrested officers have been identified as IOC chief manager (Bihar and Jharkhand) S.K. Dubey said: "The police based on the information raided the spot and discovered that two senior oil company officials were in drunken state. Dubey said: "The arrested oil company officials are senior rank officers. The arrest of two senior officers follows the arrest of a GoAir official on Saturday on charges of drink driving.
