Universidad Europea de Madrid, the Spain based operator of a private university has acquired a controlling stake in Institucion Artistica de Ensenanza IADE, the local provider of training of Fashion and Interior Design. The terms of the deal were undisclosed. Linklaters has advised Universidad Europea with Carmen Burgos, Jose Buigues and Ricardo Lecaro.
