Chester Bennington, the lead singer of rock band Linkin Park, is dead, the Los Angeles County coroner confirmed Thursday. TMZ states that Bennington’s body was found just before 9 a.m. at a private residence in Palos Verdes Estates in Los Angeles County. Only hours before this news broke, Linkin Park released a single from its seventh studio album, One More Light. He soon got the gig and the band then changed its named to Hybrid Theory, then Linkin Park.
