ORIGINAL POSTFrancisco Lindor underwent surgery to remove a bone spur from his right elbow but is expected to be fully ready by spring training 2024, the team announced Wednesday. Lindor is coming off a 30-30 season for New York, his first such season in the majors. This is the second season in a row Lindor underwent surgery in the offseason as he had surgery after the 2022 campaign to relieve severe abdominal pain. Despite the team having disappointing finishes each season he has been in New York, Lindor has been as advertised since coming over in the blockbuster deal from Cleveland.
