Article continues belowThe pedestrian, a 16-year-old boy, was not seriously injured in the incident, during which O'Neill had been travelling to an emergency with blue lights and sirens activated. O'Neill has been sentenced to a community order with 150 hours of unpaid work and a 12-month driving ban.
