AIMS Games: Big treat for Piopio College while Kamo kids get win and limo ride KERI WELHAMAIMS MEDIA Kamo Intermediate kids enjoy a limo ride, shouted by their parents, after their hockey win at the AIMS GamesPiopio College has just 60 intermediate-age students but in the school's first ever outing in the 6-a-side hockey competition at the Anchor AIMS Games, the little King Country college made the playoff for bronze. teacher Gina Draper decided the morning of the bronze playoff to make a dash up to Mt Maunganui. At the girls' hockey final, chants rang out over the hockey turf: "Kamo, Kamo, that's our team." Kamo Intermediate met St Andrew's College in a game which set spectators alight. Raniera Whiu from Kamo Intermediate boys' hockey team stood nearby.
