Lily TrottersAs someone who travels a lot, I should have been wearing compression socks for years. Then two things happened: a friend of mine actually got a blood clot in his leg and I discovered Lily Trotters. Thankfully, my friend is okay – although he swears by compression socks now – and I wear my game-changing Lily Trotters every time I fly and, sometimes, just when I’m going to be on my feet for long periods of time. Someone in one of my Facebook travel groups asked about compression socks the other day, which made me realize that more people need to know about these. And since it’s Women’s History Month, it seemed like a good time to meet Susan Costa-Walston, founder of Lily Trotters, who has done a huge service for women on the go.
