Lily celebrated the end of her West End Girl tour with a party alongside her pals following her final show at the London Palladium. West End Girl was critically acclaimed and reached #1 on the Official Album Downloads Chart, with the cover work going on display at the National Portrait Gallery. The West End Girl album is famously an ode to Lily's ex-husband David, 50, and their acrimonious breakup, and the star is currently touring the country following its release.
