Jane BimsonThe Montauk Point Lighthouse grounds, museum, and gift shop will be open on Saturday and Sunday from 10:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., this week and next. Admission is $12 for people 13 and up, $8 for senior citizens, and $5 for children. A Hither Hills State Park naturalist will lead hikes on Hither Hills trails less traveled on Saturday at 1 p.m.. Hikers will receive a passport booklet and stamp for every parks program attended. The meeting place is the west overlook, with views of Napeague Bay, 10 minutes before start time.
